In May 2024, Guanxian Luyi Transportation Facilities further expanded its central enterprise cooperation territory. The company successively signed official purchase contracts with China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau, China Railway No.14 Engineering Bureau and China Railway Electrification Bureau, providing batch guardrail supplies for a number of national-level key railway projects, including Hangzhou-Wenzhou Railway, Xuanji Railway and the super-large bridge protection section of Wanli Railway. It has become a stable core supplier of safety guardrails for China’s trunk railway infrastructure.
The supplied products cover a full range of railway safety facilities, including pre-station supporting guardrails for high-speed railways, intercity railway side guardrails, bridge pier protective facilities and safety isolation guardrails for beam fabrication yards. Targeting the harsh working conditions along railway lines such as mountainous terrain, waterfront humidity and large temperature differences, all guardrail plates, columns and barrier blocks are produced with unified high standards. Luyi implements standardized hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion technology and full-process factory inspection to ensure all products adapt to complex railway environments and guarantee long-term operational safety.
Up to now, Luyi has established long-term designated supply cooperation with 12 subordinate units of China Railway system, covering major railway trunk lines in East China, North China, Northeast China and South China. Supported by fully automated production lines and 10,000 tons of in-stock reserves, the company can quickly respond to large-volume and short-cycle procurement demands of national railway projects. Luyi will continue to deepen strategic cooperation with China Railway engineering bureaus and empower high-quality development of national railway infrastructure with refined manufacturing quality.
