In July 2024, Guanxian Luyi Transportation Facilities Co., Ltd. officially obtained the bid-winning notice from the Sixth Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway No.9 Engineering Group. The company successfully undertook the three-wave guardrail procurement section of the Weiyan Railway project in Liaoning-Shenyang, with a total bid amount of 434,200 RMB, contributing high-standard safety supporting facilities to the national key railway construction project. As an important regional railway hub project, Weiyan Railway adopts extremely strict construction and acceptance standards, placing high requirements on the anti-corrosion performance, plate thickness, impact resistance and overall service life of traffic safety guardrails to eliminate potential safety hazards such as corrosion, deformation and damage during long-term outdoor operation.
All guardrail products supplied by Luyi for this project are manufactured in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T31439.2. The entire components adopt high-quality Q235 national standard carbon steel with stable mechanical structure and strong impact resistance. The company strictly controls the hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure the galvanized layer thickness reaches more than 85μm, which can effectively resist outdoor sunlight exposure, rain erosion and extreme temperature changes. The standardized anti-corrosion treatment fully meets the long-term durability and anti-aging requirements of railway side facilities in complex outdoor environments.
Luyi has maintained long-term and stable cooperative relations with China Railway No.9 Group for many years, having provided qualified guardrail supporting supplies for multiple railway and urban road projects including the Guangfojiang Express Passage.
